In San Blas and its surrounding areas you can visit parks and swimming resorts that are ideal for outdoor recreational activities and family outings.

La Tobara. Located in the city of San Blas, 2 km (1.2 mi) from the port. Freshwater and salt water come together here to form a river with lagoons and navigable estuary canals. Here you can go on an 8-km (5-mi) boat ride or go swimming in a beautiful natural pool. This place offers quality services and a restaurant serving regional cuisine.

El Mamey. Located in Mecatan, 27 km (17-mi) southeast of San Blas. This is a swimming resort with hot springs that form two natural pools. During your visit you can use the barbeque grills and other available services for picnics.
