Manzanillo’s beaches have fine sand and sparkling blue waters, which invite you to do a wide variety of aquatic sports, such as scuba diving and boating. If you’re looking for something more relaxing, you can simply bask in the sun.

Playa Olas AltasLocated at Santiago Bay, 3 km (2 mi) west of Playa Santiago. This beach is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the beautiful landscape. The waves here are mild.

Playa MiramarLocated at Santiago Bay, 3 km (2 mi) west of Playa Olas Altas. This beach has fine sand, gentle waves and a moderate slope. It offers food and lodging services and is one of the most visited beaches. In addition, you’ll find rentals to do all kinds of aquatic sports.

Playa SantiagoLocated on the eastern end of Santiago Bay, 3 km (2 mi) west of Playa Las Hadas. This beach has fine sand, small waves and a fair share of restaurants and hotels aiming to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Playa La AudienciaLocated at Santiago Bay, 3 km (2 mi) south of Playa Santiago, in the Peninsula de Santiago neighborhood. This beach, which has a tropical climate, golden gray sand, a gentle slope and mild waves, is the ideal spot to do various land and aquatic sports. This is Manzanillo’s most popular beach. Here you can rent boats and gear for scuba diving and snorkeling. From the lookout points of La Reina and El Faro, you’ll get a great view of the gorgeous landscape.

Playa La BoquitaLies west of Santiago Bay. This beach with fine golden sand and small waves is great for enjoying various aquatic sports. This is a popular destination for family vacationers. The beach is 1 km (about a half mile) long.

Playa Las HadasLocated at Manzanillo Bay, 3 km (2 mi) east of Playa Santiago. Considered one of the best-located and quietest beaches at Manzanillo Bay, Las Hadas has excellent lookout points offering a view of the nearby beaches and their surrounding landscapes.

Playa El ArrecifeLies southwest of Manzanillo, on an elevated point of the Juluapan Peninsula, near the Villa del Mar neighborhood. The cliffs surrounding this beach offer a romantic setting and a view of the Juluapan Peninsula. You’ll also be able to see the waves breaking against the rocky coast of Ensenada de Higueras.

Playa San PedritoLocated on the eastern end of the Manzanillo Bay, at this beach you’ll find the Club Deportivo de Pesca de Manzanillo (Manzanillo Sportfishing Club). The gentle surf and abundant vegetation make this quiet beach destination the ideal spot for rest and relaxation....
