Those looking for adventure can do a thrilling excursion on an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) in the surrounding areas of Los Cabos, where you can race across dunes and explore the area’s numerous cascades.

El Chorro. To arrive at this place, head in the direction of Santiago from San Jose del Cabo; you’ll find it several kilometers beyond Miraflores. This experience will put your ATV-riding skills to the test. Near one of the cascades you’ll also find the hot springs of San Jorge and Agua Caliente.

Faro Viejo. Located in Cabo Falso, 19 kilometers (12 miles) from Cabo San Lucas, this old lighthouse was built in 1890. You can arrive there on horseback or in an off-road vehicle. For those who enjoy adventure sports, the main attraction is getting there, as it requires you to cross some spectacular dunes..
