Loreto hosts various festivities that reflect the city’s history and religion. From Sept. 4 – 8, you can enjoy the Fiestas de Nuestra Señora de Loreto, which features various religious acts and processions. From October 18 – 25, the city celebrates its founding with a series of parades and cultural events. Finally, on Dec. 3, you can witness the celebration of San Javier, during which you’ll see processions from the Loreto Mission to the San Javier Mission. The festivity also includes fireworks shows and diverse cultural and sporting events..
