Every year, during spring equinox from March 20 – 23, a spectacular phenomenon takes place: the sunlight projects a shadow image of a serpent on the stairways of the Templo de Kukulcan. This inexplicable event lasts about 10 minutes and draws hundreds of tourists from all over the world, particularly those who believe in the energy forces of the universe..
